Requirements:

? Minimum of two years of high volume recruiting experience

? Experience in full cycle recruiting (Sourcing, Interviewing, Background & Reference

Checks, and Onboarding) in health care/home care

? Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

? Experience in sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms

? Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Forms

? Full Covid-19 vaccination required

Preferred:

? Experience in using Taleo/Oracle

Essential Job Description:

? Place and maintain recruitment advertising

? Attend career fairs and conduct creative networking events

? Build relationships with colleges and universities

? Review resumes and conduct phone screens

? Schedule and conduct applicant interviews weekly

? Source candidates through a variety of outreach efforts

? Conduct background checks and reference verifications on all Registered Nurses &

Certified Nursing Assistants

? Organize and facilitate caregiver appreciation & recruiting events

? Participate in weekly meetings with operations team to review areas of need
