Fitch Group is currently seeking an Administrator based out of our Chicago location office reporting into the Chief Information Officer.

The primary duties include providing group administrative support and performing routine administrative tasks. This role requires an understanding of company policies and procedures, emphasizing trust, confidentiality, and accuracy.

We'll Count on You To:

• Maintain department organizational charts and floor plans.
• Coordinate travel plans by arranging travel and accommodations and obtaining necessary travel approvals.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, collect visitor data, and work with facilities to arrange visitor passes, refreshments, and meeting room setups.
• Prepare and submit expense reports for senior team members and be a resource for other team members as needed.
• Coordinate orientation and setup for new employees in the department.
• Process financial items through the Accounting Department, including invoices and membership renewals.
• Provide customer service to internal and external clients; greet visitors, respond to material requests, and provide information within the scope of knowledge.
• Assist in planning sessions, team-building activities, group holiday events, and other gatherings.

What You Need to Have:

• Associate's degree or higher
• Two or more years of administrative experience
• Ability to work independently and is a self starter
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Banking Industry or Legal Field experience

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
