What part will you play?

Warner Bros. Pictures seeks an Administrator for the Exhibitor Marketing department. This position will be responsible for assisting the department with daily projects and reports.

  • Assist Vice President of the department with phones, calendar, travel and expense reports.

  • WB360 Global WB Exhibitor website that provides information and assets to all WB films.

  • Oversee Domestic launch.

  • Responsible for the registration process.

  • Load and permission all assets for each title.

  • Troubleshoot and suggest improvements.

  • Responsible for various reports as directed by department management.

  • Data entry into Department's key reports as directed by Vice President.

  • Create & maintain weekly Commitment sheets.

  • Print weekly for Vice President.

  • Exhibitor Marketing Initiatives Update.

  • Maintain comp reports from Rentrak.

  • Work closely with Vice President to help execute various Exhibitor Conventions and meetings (including CinemaCon & ShowEast).

  • Secure content from Creative Services.

  • Oversee 2656 Marketing consultants.

  • Communicate all WB marketing initiatives on a weekly basis.

  • Los Angeles & New York Trailer report.

  • Back up for Executive Director to complete weekly trailer report.

  • Group sales.

  • Track and enter into MACCS (sales booking system).

  • Weekly MMS check movie marketing system.

  • Primary contact for IME/Boxoffice and other third party requesting public information for WB films.

  • Maintains Distribution/Exhibition contact and distribution lists.

  • Responsible for various projects as directed by department management.

What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

  • Experienced with web-based interfaces and applications (e.g. blogs, Facebook, etc.).

  • Proficiency with image-editing software, (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.).

  • Highly organized, particularly with large collections of digital assets (documents, photographs, etc.).

  • Familiarity with web-based and other video technologies (Microsoft, Flash, QuickTime) is desirable.

  • Must have ability to work well under time constraints and handle multiple tasks.

Scripted Marketing department. * Support marketing plan development and execution for programming from Warner Bros. What do we require from you? * High School diploma or equivalent required. * BA/BS degree preferred. * Minimum three (3) years of administrative and/or project management experience in professional setting, performing same or similar job duties listed above. * Strong working knowledge of television and understanding of the digital landscape. * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. * Must have excellent proofreading, and written and verbal communication skills. * Must be able to interface with all levels of personnel, including senior management. * Must have ability to create and maintain databases and other resources. * Must be available to visit show sets on WBTV lot or in local vicinity. * Must be able to work in extremely fast-paced environment. * Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent follow-through. * Must be able to manage heavy workload and successfully see projects/tasks through to completion. * Must be able to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment.
