Job Description: Bose is looking for an experienced, energetic and creative Administrative Coordinator to support the Directors of Design Assurance Engineering (DAE) & Quality Assurance Engineering (QAE) team.

Job Responsibilities Partner with Leadership to keep the groups inspired and organized Manage calendars for Sr.
Teambuilding: Nucleus for information and help, go-to person; Creatively reinforce team dynamic creative ideas Organize and schedule meetings and events. Manage space assignments for furniture, fixtures and printers. Assist with PowerPoint presentations and meeting notes.
Coordinate travel and complete expense reports on behalf of travelers. Welcome and on-board new team members. Reinforce the team dynamic, communications, visuals, and other creative ideas.
Assist in ordering materials and supplies for the office and Lab. Support for special projects, or coordination of events. Required skills and experience:
You are known for being thorough, getting all the details right. You know how to foster cohesion and communication. You take pride in being able to juggle priorities and multi-task.
You have experience with SAP and Ariba, and can easily use the systems to get things done. You get satisfaction from helping others, and from making the organization run more smoothly.
