Position Summary

This position will support the Client Service team, which is a part of the Fund Management team, in New York. The position will focus primarily on preparing and delivering all quarterly reporting requirements of Metropolitan Real Estate portfolios of real estate funds, effectuating capital calls/distributions, leading document and contact entitlement management, investor portal maintenance, and investor onboarding. Additionally, the position is the primary point of contact for adhoc requests from existing investors. The position will report to the Manager of Client Services, and more broadly, the Head of Fund Management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably within a marketing, fund management or fund accounting capacity at an alternative investment firm.

  • Undergraduate degree with a track record of stellar academic performance

  • Exceptionally strong analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills

  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work well both individually and as part of a team

  • Proven track record of successfully multitasking and meeting deadlines

  • High level of attention to detail, aptitude, poise and maturity

  • Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal skills

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
