  • Responsible for the management and supervision of hospice agency personnel

  • Demonstrates leadership and management skills by maintaining high employee satisfaction and low employee turnover

  • Recruits, hires, and directs training and education for employees

  • Ensures hospice agency and all personnel are in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Manages and evaluates quality of care and makes supervisory visits with employees as appropriate

  • Maintains budget by ensuring productivity of employees and utilization of services

  • Maintains and develops key relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other healthcare organizations and referral sources


  • Two (2) years of healthcare related experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Management experience

  • Proficient computer and technology skills

VIEW JOBS 5/20/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-08-18T00:00 This position will be responsible for assisting in the management of the Maximo Enterprise 7.5 Test, Development, and Production Application Implementations. This position will be supporting the expansion of the use of Maximo from the current system used for maintenance to the use of Maximo company-wide through managed growth of the project. Responsibilities: * Managing Maximo installation and configurations on Windows servers, the desktop PC and mobile tablets. * The ability to quickly gain an understanding of our company's organization, business processes and practices pertaining to the Maximo implementation and its growth. * Use of the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). * Use of the Maximo data dictionary. * Understanding the Maximo application framework, generally, and use of the Application Designer, specifically. * Reading and modifying XML. * Use of MSSQL and the application of MSSQL to applications in Maximo as well as tools outside of Maximo. * Creating and modifying workflows in Maximo, preferably with version 7.5. * Creating and modifying actions, escalations, roles and conditional expressions. * The appropriate use Automation Scripts. * Administration of the Maximo Security Model (adding users, groups, group permissions, etc.). * BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 2 years providing system administration for Maximo or any other enterprise management system. * Ability to serve as an onsite expert for preventative maintenance systems. * Knowledge of systems analysis, administration and design techniques. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operating systems problems. * Skill in developing plans for current and future needs.
