The Role:
As an Administrator within the UK On-Trade Sales and Operations - Drinks Dispense department, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the Drinks Dispense team. Reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities include managing KPI updates, handling complaints, overseeing invoicing, supporting key account management, and ensuring operational efficiency with the Outsourced Inbound Customer Care team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
KPI Oversight: Monitor and report on dispense team KPIs, ensuring timely updates of business reports.
Complaint Management: Handle and report all complaints, ensuring a thorough tracking process to achieve customer satisfaction.
Portal Maintenance: Maintain external portals related to the Drinks Dispense operations.
Invoicing Control: Oversee Drinks Dispense invoicing, including raising initial invoices, providing PR and PO numbers, and managing Goods Receipting.
Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and key customers, fostering strong relationships.
Risk Identification: Work with the Customer Support Manager to identify areas of risk to KPIs and take necessary actions to eliminate or reduce risks.
Tracker Management: Keep all trackers up to date, manage admin inboxes, and respond to escalations within agreed timescales.
Survey Tracker Oversight: Monitor and manage survey trackers, ensuring proper filing and organization.
Field Technician Support: Ensure efficient utilization, efficiency, and productivity of field technicians.
SLA Achievement: Exceed SLAs for attendance and completion, maintaining high operational standards.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: A Level standard or equivalent.
Experience: Relevant experience in an administration role using business in-house systems and Microsoft packages.
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the drinks dispense sector is desirable.
