First Realty Management Corp. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/ Leasing Agent for a large apartment portfolio in Providence, RI.
- Answering telephone, greeting and assisting visitors to the management office, maintaining resident files/data & other general office duties
- Coordinating leasing activities including interviewing applicants, showing apartments, processing applications, and updating all marketing reports
- Strong resident relations, along with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals
- Must be able to organize priorities effectively and have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Minimum 2+ years experience in leasing, marketing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel etc. is essential.
- Tuesday - Saturday schedule
