Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move machinery/equipment with various-sized forklifts, pallet jacks and other moving equipment

• Offload incoming equipment, inspect for damage, document paperwork

• Place machinery in proper storage location; documenting same

• Retrieve stored machinery and equipment for load out on contract trailers

• Retrieve stored machinery and equipment for load out onto company-owned vehicles

• Tie down, strap and secure loads on company trailers

• Perform inventory functions

• Proactively perform housekeeping duties as required and maintain a clean work area

• Maintain equipment/tool inventory in designated areas

• Assist riggers and field personnel as needed with respect to equipment, tools and other needs

• Overtime/weekend work is sometimes required of this position

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education)

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

• 2 years of Forklift Experience in a Warehouse Setting is a plus

• Advance proficient Computer Data Entry Skills

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Proficient Computer Skills

• Background with Inventory Management Software

Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingual-English and Spanish

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

This is very physical, hands-on work. A Warehouse Manager must be able to perform General Physical Activities - activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work off the ground at varying heights, and not be affected by moving machinery or parts. Work may vary between indoor, climate-controlled, normal warehouse environments that may include low-lit areas and non-temperature-controlled environments. May perform work outdoors in all types of weather, and over uneven ground or terrain. The Warehouse Manager may also sit or stand for long durations and will use keyboard/mouse or other standard office equipment, and will frequently use the senses involving sight, sound, and manual dexterity.
