As the Administrative Trainer within Corporate Quality, the diverse role will help facilitate trainings, conduct rapid improvement workshops and coach projects. Administrative tasks associated with the training responsibilities will be necessary to ensure the success of the Corporate Quality group.

Benchmark other training
Departmental charge backs
Vendor management (Purchase Req, Communication with vendors, shipping)
Schedule training logistics (reserve rooms, order food, room setup, etc.)
Department documentation organization
Knowledge of Business Process Improvement tools and methods.
Green Belt Certification, (PPG Accelerator trained)
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Up to 25% travel
Black Belt training, or industry equivalent (PPG Catalyst trained)
Project management experience
Kaizen (or RIW) experience
Experience delivering/facilitating training
Working experience with Minitab or JMP
