SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the City Marshal Administrative Specialist III, this position is responsible to perform routine clerical duties related to the operation of the City Marshal. Work is performed within established department guidelines and policies but requires independent judgment and initiative. Employee must possess the ability to prioritize and schedule work, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of administrative experience. Must be able to type at a rate of 35 words per minute is preferred. Ability to complete clerical work involving a degree of independent judgement and requiring attention to accuracy.
