In this role you will work 32 hrs/wk (4 8-hour days) in the BPA Olympia District. Time is split between Olympia, WA and Chehalis, WA. This position carries out recurring office procedures independently, and selects the guidelines or reference that fits the specific case. The BPA manager may provide instructions on new assignments and/or check completed work for accuracy.
This position is located in a small, close-knit office environment. Successful candidates will be well-organized, have a strong attention to detail, can multi-task well and must possess strong people skills.
Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of related administrative/customer service experience or equivalent combination.
Well qualified typist, skill in using Microsoft Office Suite of products, and skill in operating common office equipment.
2 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions
Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
Working knowledge of SharePoint is desired.
