Join our team of competent and caring professionals as an Administrative Support Staff in the Child and Family Community Based programs at Behavioral Health Network! Administrative Support Staff work among BHN staff, the individuals we serve, and the general public, providing support for the clinical activities at the Clinic. They use their organizational skills and ability to prioritize to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Administrative Support Staff also learn the intake process and may provide backup to the Intake Coordinator when necessary.

Child and Family Services Community Based Services Programs offer a continuum of programs that support youth, and their families, who are experiencing behavioral health challenges.

Administrative Support Staff at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Familiarity with Internet, word processing, and email systems.

  • A minimum of 6 months related office experience (preferred).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Staff Scheduler in our Emergency Services and Supports Crisis program at Behavioral Health Network! Staff Schedulers prepare and organize work schedules for the Emergency Services and Supports Crisis program to ensure there are enough staff on duty in any and every shift. Working with the staff development and scheduling supervisors, they fill any vacant shifts, resolve scheduling inconsistencies and issues, and manage time off requests. Additionally, Staff Schedulers train program staff about scheduling policies and procedures and provide shift supervisory with scheduling updates and changes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of work shifts. Staff Schedulers keep the scheduling database of daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules accurate and up-to-date, and they help facilitate and organize required holiday staff scheduling to ensure the 24/7 program continues uninterrupted. Staff Schedulers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required). * Prior experience in managing the scheduling needs of a large team of staff. * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other computer software used to complete job tasks (required). * Strong communication skills, especially verbal/oral communication (required). * Excellent ability to work as part of a team (required). * Good interpersonal skills (required). * Excellent time management abilities (required).
