Join our team of competent and caring professionals as an Administrative Support Staff in the Child and Family Community Based programs at Behavioral Health Network! Administrative Support Staff work among BHN staff, the individuals we serve, and the general public, providing support for the clinical activities at the Clinic. They use their organizational skills and ability to prioritize to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Administrative Support Staff also learn the intake process and may provide backup to the Intake Coordinator when necessary.

Child and Family Services Community Based Services Programs offer a continuum of programs that support youth, and their families, who are experiencing behavioral health challenges.

BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. Administrative Support Staff at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Familiarity with Internet, word processing, and email systems.

  • A minimum of 6 months related office experience (preferred).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities may include answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. We have daily shifts that allow our employees to have stable schedules and enjoy quality time away from the facility. Shift hours are early mornings Monday - Friday from 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy a great work/life balance. Your Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant: * Performs general administrative tasks assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic and may include a combination of answering telephones, billing, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing; * Operate the front desk duties during peak hours or when primary staff in unavailable; * Sort, organize and maintain office records; * Assist with new patient enrollments as necessary; * Assist with various insurance/billing reports as necessary; * May assist with patient drug testing procedures; and, * Perform other duties as assigned.
