Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Position:
The Customer Service and Administrative Representative supports the Donable Leadership Team in departmental organization and optimization. This role is responsible for maintaining and implementing the necessary marketing/sales resources for OBI stakeholders and partner blood centers for the Donable brand. This role will be integral in handling any Agent customer service concerns with app users and Donable partners, with an emphasis on overseeing agent payments. This job requires a detail-oriented, customer service minded individual who has a growth mindset and will be excited to work with a creative team seeking to change the future of blood donor recruitment. Qualifications:
College Degree preferred.
Highly organized and very detail oriented
Customer service focused.
Ability to proof read
Pleasant and professional manner required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Ability to prepare documents, PowerPoints, charts, and graphs.
Social Media knowledge
Ability to rapidly learn software systems and organization tools a plus
Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally by phone, in person and in writing.
A growth mind-set and confidence to add voice to a creative team
Desire to work in a team with constant collaboration and a flexibility to pivot
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer customer service issues from website, social media and other sources
Track and trend Donable Agent concerns through various weekly/monthly reports
Manage payment reconciliation to Agents
Provide collaterals to Brand Ambassador and other Donable employees, OBI stakeholders and onboarded partner centers
Coordinate Vendor Booth shipping for conferences/events
Fulfill and track Agent reward and promotional items
Submit and apply for conferences and events as directed by Leadership Team
Schedule and attend team meetings supplying Agenda, minutes, and action items, helping to keep team stakeholders on track and aligned with team goals.
Assist with Donable statistics and reports as needed
Create presentations upon request.
Back up to Marketing Director and Operations Director as Social Media Administrator if needed
Maintain and organize files for Donable team
Record information in a neat, accurate and timely manner.
