Leidos Global Services Group has openings for Administrative Support Specialists to provide administrative support to MARCENT.

JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidates will have a background in administrative support to warfighters within the Department of Defense, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with government and contractor personnel in support of a critical defense mission.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated administrative professionals to support the customers' mission and objectives.

  • Provide general records management, forms and publications management, travel management, orders processing, reception center operations, and award processing for MARCENT's warfighters.

  • Perform other duties as required by the customer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently possess 3+ years of experience providing Administrative Support to a Department of Defense element.

  • Currently possess an active secret Clearance.

  • Proficient in manipulating various administrative databases.

  • Strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated understanding of MARCENT's Area of Responsibility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • Administrative support experience for the USMC.

Job Purpose: The Technical Support Specialist II will respond to inbound customer requests (phone, email, chat) to provide technical assistance on ABILITY Network's supported products. The position will provide support for application software, operating systems and integrated 3rd party products to customers and vendors. Manages progress toward resolution and documents customer communication throughout the "life-cycle" of a reported issue. Responsibilities * Answer inbound customer requests via telephone, email or chat or any additional method of inbound communication; demonstrate proficiency with all internal tools. Outbound calls and meetings also included. * Contact and interface for customers regarding support, troubleshooting and problem resolution * Resolve technical support issues for ABILITY supported products within identified timeframes with a focus on first call resolution * Identify beneficial product opportunities for existing customers and communicate to sales team via workflow process * Document all activities with customers in CRM per defined process and procedures * Resolve open cases within specified guidelines * Elevate issues following escalation procedure timely and as appropriate * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Associate Degree or equivalent Business Experience * Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a call center environment, Healthcare IT industry preferred with high volume of transactions * Software Technical Support experience required * Healthcare EDI Knowledge preferred (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271) a plus * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) * Knowledge working with Problem Management, Records Management ticketing system (Salesforce Preferred) * Experience with using and supporting Software as a Service (SaaS) * Working knowledge of multiple Operating Systems such as Linux and Windows a plus * Excellent verbal and written customer service skillset * Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail * Excellent communications skills, oral and written, interpersonal skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast–paced environment * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to demonstrate detailed knowledge of specific product offerings, O/S skills or internal systems * A strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with all parts of the organization * Must be able to organize and manage workload efficiently and prioritize projects with minimal supervision * Maintain adherence to assigned schedule including availability * Ability to understand and demonstrate training at a fast pace * Strong critical thinking a must * Ability to follow internal workflow processes Ability Network Tampa FL
