Job Summary:

This position supports the online courses provided through the Greenwood Center for Online Excellence at the Spears School of Business. This position provides technical and administrative support to OSU faculty, students and staff, and external constituents by troubleshooting learning management system related inquires.

It supports the online exam administration process by validating exam proctors and distribution exams to proctors The position is responsible for processing the paperwork necessary to pay online teaching faculty, graduate teaching assistants and hourly student workers. It ensures that biweekly timesheets for student workers are accurate and submitted by the deadline.

Required Qualifications:

High School/GED and one year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for years of required experience.

Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Provide a professional and service quality attitude when interacting with faculty, staff, students, and external constituents. Exhibit tactfulness, friendliness, respect, and cooperative attitude in working with individuals. Ability to problem solve and take initiative.

The ability to process large volumes of work in an efficient manner. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (emphasis in Excel). Ability to organize and coordinate numerous projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
