Requirements

Administrative Support Specialist - Donor Center

The Administrative Support Specialist provides general support to administrative branches of Donor Center. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Cross-trained to cover front office, Preliminary Match Administrative Clerk, Kit Preparation, Case Flow administrative work.

  • Other duties as assigned or as departmental needs dictate.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and several years of related work experience

  • Computer experience with word processing, advance oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Good computer skills and advanced organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with colleagues and donors of diverse backgrounds and attention to detail
