Janover LLC is seeking an Administrative Support who will assist with the administrative functions and provide support to Partners and the Partner in charge of the New York office. They will also perform client service functions, answering phones and .

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible to provide support to Partners assisting with heavy correspondence, phone calls, scheduling meetings, and calendar management

  • Processing financial statements and formatting word documents with tables for various engagements

  • Prepare billing, write-off using an internal system

  • Follow up with client regarding billing collections and other inquiries

  • Track quarter tax payments for clients

  • Prepares Contact Data Sheets for new clients, client address/name changes, etc.

  • File maintenance including scanning and copying

  • Make courier arrangements

  • Shares in late night and weekend coverage during busy season with other administrative staff

  • Orders meals as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position and regularly requires year-round long hours and weekend work.


We are looking for a bright individual who is a quick learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior administrative experience in a professional services firm desired. The individual will need to be comfortable interacting with various personalities, and with all levels including senior management.

  • 5+ years of administrative or equivalent related experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

  • Organized and has the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

  • Strong computer skills are a must with willingness to learn new software as needed, including proficient with Microsoft Office and company programs.

  • Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.

  • Team player
