Description Administrative Support Seattle, WA 6 Months Services to be Performed
Management of complex calendar and scheduling
Manage domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Help with remote office-related logistics
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations
Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization Required Skills
This position requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Superior attention to detail and the ability to proactively anticipate needs and juggle multiple requests is critical.
A good sense of humor is a must, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction at a moments notice. Preferred Skills
2-5 years experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior level executives in a fast-paced environment, or substaintial experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with domestic and international travel coordination
