Conco Services LLC is looking for an Administrative Support for our Verona, PA location.

What the job entails:

Supporting all aspects of Conco Service's Power Sales Division:

  • Producing job estimates/proposals per the direction of the Sales team

  • Entering customer and job related data into NetSuite software systems.

  • Communicating daily with SAM's, Inside Sales, and outside sales departments.

  • Providing account management support to Sales team, customers, and internal departments.

  • Notifying and distribute all job specific information to the necessary parties to begin job work flow process.

  • Assisting customers with questions regarding Conco services and products, including receiving and entering orders.

  • Reviewing purchase orders and contracts for alignment with quoted service scopes, pricing and to determine any special customer requirements that must be communicated to internal departments.

  • Updating job information board.

  • Adhering to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual.

Experience/Skills & Education

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required; additional business education in Sales preferred business education in Sales preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on MS Office, Dynamics CRM and Great Plains software

  • Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Must be authorized to work within the United States;
