Essential Functions
Print, record, and file daily Rx totals
Answer multi-line phone system
Direct calls to appropriate people, places, and services
Record data into Excel spreadsheets
Cancel and credit Rx and/or send to business office
Create labels for medication vials
Accept payments for mailouts
Scanning documents
Keeping accurate calendar of daily fills
Manage Teams channels
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Level I: High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services. Degrees may substitute for years of experience.
Level II: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services. Degrees may substitute for years of experience.
