You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant on the staff of the Director of NAVSEA INACTSHIPMAINTO PEARL.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 10.99% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.

You will support and advise on office administration (e.g., budget, correspondence, purchasing, supply management, personnel administration, public affairs, file management, building maintenance, travel, etc.) within the command.
You will monitor expenses during the year and recommend budget adjustments.
You will independently research, gather, analyze, and consolidate data for recurring and special reports. Prepare narratives, charts, graphs, and handouts for briefings and presentations.
You will assist with presentations as required. Review all correspondence to ensure they are prepared in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual and other appropriate directives.
You will maintain records in the web-based Department of Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) for control of administrative property and conduct periodic inventories.
You will make travel arrangements to include preparing travel requests, development of itinerary, arranging schedule of visits, carrier and hotel reservations, and preparing/processing vouchers in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations.
You will serve as the Command Visitor Central Point and Public Affairs Officer.
You will maintain the Director's calendar, arrange and coordinate both on and off site conferences, and assemble background material/presentations for the conference/visit.
