What You Will Do
As an Administrative Support associate, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of administrative duties to support our Hospice department.
Compose, type and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries.
Schedule/coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintain assigned calendar(s).
Establish and maintain filing systems. Order and stock supplies.
Maintain and order medical supplies, and keep medical supply closet in proper order.
Required to train and orient new staff and/or volunteers on computer systems and/or software, and payroll.
What You Will Need
Education & Work Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent required.
One or more years of general office experience preferred.
Health care experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, ability to be flexible.
