The Administrative Supervisor provides administrative oversight of daily practice operations. Oversees Administrative staff and clinical staff, including recruiting, training, and management.
Ensure timely billing/collections and revenue maximization, by ensuring regular charge submission as well as effectively supervising front end staff. Develops policies and procedures, implements new processes (help to establish annual goals, revenue targets, and training/education programs; monitor government and third party reimbursement; develop and implement reporting mechanisms) and monitors compliance to established guidelines. The Administrative Supervisor aligns CERC clinical operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure that the intake process collects all patient demographic, insurance verification including any prior authorizations or single case agreements, and necessary clinical information prior to the patient being scheduled for an intake assessment. Ensure that intake evaluations are scheduled within one week of completing the above process. Education and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience required.
1.Knowledge of current medical terminology in order to communicate with physicians, staff, and patients.
2.Ability to read and interpret documents such as professional journals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and government regulations.
3.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
4.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
5.Ability to interact and communicate with a variety of people, both on a one-on-one basis and in meetings and group presentations; must be able to relate to and work with ill, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people.
6.Ability to anticipate and react calmly to emergency situations.
7.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference; ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
8.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
9.Ability to make independent decisions and delegate responsibility and duties.
10. Ability to follow direction.
11. Ability to think logically in order to troubleshoot, analyze situations, and make appropriate decisions.
12. Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail systems, and web based programs.

15. Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
16. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff and patients.
17. Experience managing a staff of 20 or greater.
