Job Purpose:

Under the general supervision of the CFO of Rink Management Services Corporation. General responsibilities include performing a variety of administrative, clerical and accounting tasks to assist in management of recreational facilities.

Part Time- 25-29 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with management, corporate office staff, accounting team and facility staff handling requests and queries from team members

  • Processing credit card information

  • Book travel arrangements

  • Order office supplies and company luncheons

  • Standard bookkeeping tasks and accurate reporting

  • Prepare reports and clearly interprets information

  • Perform various administrative duties which include filing, copying, faxing, etc

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with firm deadlines simultaneously

  • Communicate professionally verbally and in writing

  • Answer emails and returns phone calls in a timely manner

  • Knowledge and effective communication of company policies and procedures

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Administrative/ accounting experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Working Condiditions

Shared office space in corporate office.

Assists in preparing, reviewing, and revising all types of Contracts (under direction of licensed attorney). Assists in the creation, implementation, and on‐going maintenance of the Company's Enterprise Contract Management System and process. Serves as a primary liaison between those business units requiring a business transaction memorialized in a contract and the legal team. Stewards contracts through a defined contract management process. Core Responsibilities * Manages intake function for contracting processes and systems, including interacting with business units to understand contracting goals and objectives; prepares draft contracts based on form agreements and clause libraries to meet business needs; reviews contracts to identify risks and summarizes same to business and legal colleagues; ensures contracts are consistent with corporate policies, procedures, goals, & objectives; manages version control, revision/internal feedback process, and coordinates contract negotiations; facilitates finalization/execution of contracts in accordance with corporate policy; maintains contract repository. * Primary administrative responsibility for managing Enterprise Contract Management System, including routine- & non-routine troubleshooting of issues, liaising with IT on any such issues, process improvement, and status reporting. * Coordinates approvals by subject matter experts; tracks approvals and correspondence re: same; summarizes material contract terms for legal and executive review. * Identifies process issues and implements improvements to same. * Conducts special projects as assigned. Qualifying Experience * University degree required; post‐graduate degree or Professional Certification in Paralegal Studies or Contract Management preferred * Eight plus years of experience as a contract manager or senior paralegal preferred * Strong knowledge of best practices in contract management and business legal strategies, with fundamental knowledge of contracts and contract law * Possesses a working knowledge of company businesses, policies and procedures * Possesses excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills, including superior presentation skills * Possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills We also invite you to connect with the Recruiter via LinkedIn. #LI-AVB Owens & Minor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
