Summary:
The Bellini Center for Talent Development is the career development hub for all Muma College of Business undergraduates at the University of South Florida. Teaming with Tampa Bay area employers, the center provides students with access to talent and career development opportunities putting them ahead of the herd in the job market.
DUTIES: Duties include the following:
Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau to collect and analyze job market data relevant to business fields.
Conduct research and analysis on factors contributing to student success in securing internships and job placements, utilizing data-driven insights to inform targeted support strategies.
Present findings in visually compelling and organized formats to aid students, faculty, and employers in understanding trends and opportunities within the workforce.
Develop data-driven promotional strategies to disseminate career development and employment information tailored for students.
Leverage your technical skills to enhance event planning processes and optimize engagement among business students.
Provide personalized guidance to students on accessing both on-campus and off-campus career resources, including advice on professional development, resume and LinkedIn optimization, networking, and study abroad programs.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least four years of experience in an office or administrative support position. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS in BAIS or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI/Tableau (Proficiency in SQL is a plus)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across diverse STEM disciplines.
Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive student success.
Previous experience in event planning and promotion is a plus.
