Summary:
Under general supervision of the CCT Supervisor, the Administrative Specialist will take incoming calls from return patients requesting appointments and information. In addition, the CCT team provides excellent customer service, completes documentation of calls, schedules from electronic requests, maintains daily reports, participates in projects and operation support, assist with development of departmental and program standards, and provides professional assistance to physicians, nursing, clinics, and management staff.

Scheduled Work Hours: 8:00 a.m.
This is a remote position currently and subject to on-site if needed to meet the needs of our department and patients.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting all patients from incoming and outgoing calls
Scheduling patient requested appointments from calls and electronic requests
Scheduling appointments from clinical team electronic requests
Maintaining daily/weekly reports as outlined in department guidelines
Mailing any required documents to patients
Reviewing and responding to emails
Answering incoming calls and returning calls from voicemails
Participating in department quality improvement activities
Attending staff meetings as needed
Communicating with direct and indirect team members to problem solve as a unit

Education Requirements:
● High School diploma or GED
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
● No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
● Two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience
● If Bachelor's degree, no years of clerical or administrative experience
● If Associate's degree, one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience
