Job Responsibilities

Position provides professional administrative support to assist with/ensure efficient operations of the Facilities Department. The position supports the Facilities Director through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication with responsibility for confidential and sensitive information. The position ensures clerical and administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

High school diploma - related clerical work experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer two (2) years related work experience. Basic knowledge of computer operations and office software.
