Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $15.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application)

This temporary position is assigned to the Department of Revenue. This position will assist Examination Division's Administrative Assistant II with daily duties such as expense reports, time reports, division spreadsheets, etc.

The major purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to Examination Division's Administrative Assistant II and the division's Director and Assistant Directors. This position must also provide assistance as needed to employees based in Raleigh, in the field offices within NC, and to those who are located in the offices throughout the United States. Employee's duties and responsibilities include assisting with training, communication, spreadsheet creation and management, expense statement review and processing, general clerical duties, time administration, and an orderly flow of work between all office locations within the Examination Division and other divisions. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
