Job Description
Support the day-to-day operations of the program
Act as a liaison, working closely with leadership in building and providing support to the team
Provide clerical and administrative duties for the office including client billing, office purchases, inventory, participant vouchers, program invoices, meeting minutes, scheduling, and human resources support
Assist in the development and marketing of program materials, events, and recruitment strategies
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and online requests for appointments and information
Provide basic and accurate program information in-person and via phone/emails
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain office safety by following procedures and controlling access to confidential information
Respond to issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner
Provide human resources support, designee contact between Project Director and Regional HR Manager
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associates degree or proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite preferred
Professional and welcoming attitude and demeanor
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
Additional Information
Must have or be able to obtain AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
Have a valid Arizona Driver's License and Insurance
Ability to travel within the local area or state when needed
Spanish speaking a plus
