Reports status of action to the Department Head in a weekly suspense report.
Performs a variety of administrative functions essential to the operation of the Administrative Management Department.
Assists with the planning, developing, managing and controlling of various administrative programs necessary for day to day operations.
Types reports, memorandums, correspondence and other correspondence for the Department Head.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Advises the Department Head on technical management and administrative matters.
Interprets regulatory directives and procedures, i.e., record management, performance standards, surveys, training, employee counseling, performance management system procedures, personnel actions, incentive awards and budgeting.
Reviews program accomplishments and recommends courses of action required to achieve required objectives.
Reviews administrative directives and publications and assures new information instructions reach organizational elements, supervisors and employees impacted.
Interprets complex administrative policies and regulations and is the point of contract for resolving non-routine operational problems.
