Job Description:

Functions as part of the PCard Team, backing up the PCard Program Administrator. Responsible for understanding and executing the entire PCard process and individual team members' roles and responsibilities, which include: reviewing and approving PCard applications (PeopleSoft); canceling cards; running the terminated employee report; transaction overrides; disciplinary actions for misuse; (timely) approval of PCard transactions (Concur); payment to the bank (PeopleSoft); reconciliation of bank payments to UF financial systems (bank to Concur to PeopleSoft); responding to campus inquiries (using SalesForce, phone, Teams); reviewing PCard purchases for compliance with UF and other agencies policies; documentation of all PCard processes; development and review of PCard policy, training, communications, and website content; acting as a liaison with the bank; UF GO cardholder and transaction maintenance; representing PCard in campus-wide training (in person, Teams, or Zoom); and responding to audit requests from internal, State, Federal and granting agency auditors.

Expected Salary:

$45,000-55,000

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data, systems, and excellent customer service. Specific system experience: Concur, Detect by Oversight, PeopleSoft, Bank of America's Works, WordPress, and Workday. Data: Experienced excel user.
