Maintains calendar and advised of changes or conflicts in schedule on a daily basis, including clinic schedules
Schedules and coordinates meetings with Administration, Leadership, Managers, staff and external parties/vendors. Obtains conference room, IT support and refreshments as necessary Establishes and maintains highly confidential files for the Director and department staff. Plans and facilitates arrangements to attend conferences and meetings including travel plans and reimbursements
Participates in meetings as required. Accurately takes and transcribes minutes of meetings as necessary
Maintains all documentation necessary for annual reappointment and coordinates reappointments with the Medical Staff
Assists with department recruiting efforts including schedule interviews, prepares new hire paperwork, obtains ITG sign-ons and privileges, Medicare credentials, and prepares probation packets
Achieves and exemplifies the organization's established expectations with regard to quality service, team work and self-development
