About the Job
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High school diploma required.
At least one year's basic technical or occupational specific training in medical terminology. At least 3 months previous experience as a secretary or at least three months on the job training and orientation.
Knowledge of computers and basic office practice. Typing 50 wpm needed, good typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requires excellent customer service, communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
