Job Title: --Administrative Sales Assistant
--This role will provide administrative support to the branch manager, operations manager and sales force to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of administrative tasks for central office processing. This includes proposal letters, booking package preparation, subcontractor requirements, sales lead incentives, insurance documentation and tracking additional work requisitions in operating system.
Other functions include ordering office supplies, organizing meetings, meeting minutes and working with the personnel to ensure they have what they need to perform day to day functions within the branch office.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week M-F.
--The position requires 2 to 4 year college degree; 2-3 years of office experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft office package, excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented, self-starter, strong communication and follow up skills.
