Qualifications: BA/BS in related field required; Master's preferred.

At least five years of related administrative and operational experiences in a supervisory position with populations in residential settings are required. Knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements regarding clinical and behavioral treatments. Demonstrated organizational and supervisory skills.

Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications. Ability to consistently meet all necessary background and credentialing requirements. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work sites and for the transportation of clients to and from appointments and activities as needed. Must have a reliable telephone notification system for emergency contact.

Must be proficient in English and possess and convey effective verbal and written communication skills with residents, staff and service providers. Demonstrate sound judgment and effective, solution focused, problem solving skills.

Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with residents, staff, co-workers and supervisor. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.

Physical and Mental Demands: Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting to carry out job responsibilities.

Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle as needed. Ability to work a flexible work schedule contingent upon program needs. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with periods of high stress. Ability to physically carry out Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques.

Responsibilities:

1.Maintain a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet programmatic and divisional needs.

2.Be available to work at multiple locations, with a myriad of treatment services and populations with limited notice.

3.Conduct, ensure and monitor supervision, evaluation and professional development of staff.

4.Facilitate and attend administrative, staff and shift change meetings.

5.Serve as an on- call administrator for assigned programs.

7.Implement a corrective action or start up plan for the assigned program. Submit weekly updates on progress and needs.

8.Develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with assigned staff, team members and youth.

9.Responsible for ensuring compliance with Medication Administration Policy including conducting audits.



  1. Complete and submit bi-weekly evaluations of assigned programs.

  2. Respect the diversity of others by demonstrating and modeling cultural awareness and sensitivity at all times.

  3. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
