Job Overview

The Administrative Program Assistant provides direct administrative, event and logistical support

  • 45% to the Vice Provost for Education; 45% to the Vice Provost for Faculty and Director of Faculty Affairs to help move the Provost's initiatives forward on the main campus; and 10% as administrative support to the Office of the Provost as needed.

Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation

The Administrative Program Assistant reports to both the Vice Provost for Education and the Vice Provost for Faculty.

This position has been designated as On-Campus. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University. Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School diploma - preference for a Bachelor's degree

  • 2 to 3 years of administrative assistance

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workplace suite, and WordPress

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

Pay Range:

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:

$21.16 - $35.29

Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
