Job Summary:

Functions as liaison and as administrative, technical or operational resource. Initiates or leads less complex projects. Coordinates policy evaluation and implementation. Identifies operational improvement opportunities to create efficient workplace. Develops communications, databases and budget summaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads orientation and records management activities and ensures standards are maintained.

  • Develops and updates interdepartmental education programs.

  • Assists with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

  • Facilitates and attends meetings and records key outcomes.

  • Identifies key milestones and deadlines.

  • Communicates project status and requirements to achieve results.

  • Researches, analyzes and organizes information for presentations.

  • Assists department leadership with large or complex projects.

  • Initiates or leads less complex projects.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Associate's Degree required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

  • Additional progressively responsible experience may offset degree requirement.

Certifications:

  • May require license based on department/Institute need.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires multi-tasking, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in highly interactive team environment.

  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum three years administrative or project management experience required.

  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications. Solid communication and customer service skills.

  • Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education) preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.

  • May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting. Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.

  • Good hearing acuity.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities: * Manage the financial statement report processing process from start to finish * Creating pro formas from prior year statements * Assigning file numbers and tracking documents via Report Guide Sheet * Managing edits to financial statements in Word and Excel * Finalizing reports via either PDF or printing * Archiving workpapers and documentation within legally required window of time * Assist partners in the audit practice with general administrative tasks including (but not limited to) OneView (CRM) input and reporting, scheduling meetings, booking travel, expense reports, marketing help * Process various letters and documentation as needed * Support the overall operations of the office by building relationships with service line partners, managers, associates, administrative staff, and outside resources. * Seek additional assignments with little supervision. * Other duties as assigned. Required Skills andExperience: * 3-5 years of administrative experience in a professional services firm or similar field * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint – significant experience with each of these packages is required. * Strong communication skills, self-starter, excellent organizational skills, and excellent attendance record are musts.
