Office of Legal and Acquisition Services
In this position, you are responsible for receiving, distributing, and coordinating communications, in a variety of forms, on behalf of the Office of Legal Services.
What You'll Do
In this position, on a daily basis you will:
Receive mail sent to the Office of Legal Services, and provide it to the correct internal or external office.
Retrieve voicemails from the Office of Legal Services' telephone number and provide emails with the content of the voicemail to the correct internal or external office.
Coordinate responses to and from constituents or stakeholders.
Coordinate changes to the Office of Legal Services' Internal Webpage.
Process invoices for legal services.
Serve as the back up to the Program Administrator 2 for several tasks.

Pay Information
This position is in the State of Ohio's E1 Pay Schedule, Pay Range 10. Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $24.53 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. The current step progression wages are in the table below.
