Harlem Public Schools is looking to hire an  Assistant Elementary Principal OR Dean of Students.

REPORTS TO:    Superintendent

FLSA Designation:    Exempt  

UNIVERSAL OBLIGATIONS/EXPECTATIONS OF EACH STAFF MEMBER

It is the expectation of the District that each staff member will: (1) put the safety, health and well-being of students at the forefront of all actions, job responsibilities and decisions, and (2) undertake all duties in alignment with the District’s Strategic Plan.

We are located 40 miles east of Havre, Montana on the Hi-line of Montana, right amongst the Milk River Valley. Harlem/Fort Belknap is a community with cultural pride and history.

Harlem is close to the Bears Paw Mountains, Little Rockies, Missouri River Breaks, Fort Peck Reservoir, and Beaver Creek Recreational Area (the largest County Park in the nation). There is an abundance of fishing, camping, hunting, and boating opportunities. We are a few hours from Billings, Great Falls and Glacier National Park. There is a medical center in Harlem and other Dental/Medical Facilities in Havre.
