We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Pricing Support role in our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, OK.
Job Summary:
You will undertake a variety of tasks with the main goal of helping to guarantee the company's profitability by providing analytical, process and systems support to the Sales Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain pricing tools and mechanisms as established by Sales Management.
Conduct pricing reviews on daily billing, resolving inconsistencies when they arise.
Maintain internal and external price file databases for vendor price notifications, ensuring business system updates are completed in a timely manner.
Evaluate and identify problems resulting in credit memos and disputed invoices.
Research and resolve warranty and freight claims, RGAs, and pricing non-conformances.
Assist Sales with relevant information regarding the cost of products across Customers/Regions.
Provide information to Sales Managers about internal trends and concerns within their territory that will assist them with making informed pricing decisions for future pricing adjustments.
Initiate pricing reviews for the Sales teams when supplier costs change and ensure changes are recorded in our business system.
Assist Sales Management with conducting reviews of Customer exemptions for variances in company services, implementing changes to help control the exemption process.
Required Skills and Previous Experience:

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise authority in identifying and resolving issues.
Computer literacy with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work in a demanding environment, demonstrating extreme attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
Fluid power knowledge and/or experience are a PLUS.
Customer Service, Inside Sales or Operational Support experience a PLUS.
