About the Role

GoodRx is looking for a full time Administrative/Personal Assistant to support the Company's Co-Founders and Co-CEOs. While the primary focus of this role is to support the Executives with scheduling, travel and personal need (est. 20 hours/week), the remaining time will be spent supporting the GoodRx recruiting team with sourcing and scheduling candidates. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven, hyper organized and creative individual to come in to create process in a new role while adding their personal touch ensuring the Executives and team are well supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel coordination such as booking flights, hotels and local transportation

  • Coordinate executive communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients

  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

  • Oversee meeting coordination from sending invites, scheduling catering, securing meeting spaces and follow up correspondence

  • Assist with personal items as requested e.g. errands, scheduling, coordinating and meeting with vendors

  • Schedule phone and in person interviews with candidates and GoodRx's in house recruiting team and hiring managers

  • Source and engage passive and active candidates across a variety of roles and disciplines

  • Greet candidates in office, prepare hiring managers for interviews and ensure interview schedules are maintained

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years as an Administrative Assistant reporting to Senior management

  • Willingness to accept and embrace change in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills

  • Acts with discretion and ability to handle confidential information

  • Ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented

  • Proactive, resourceful and self-driven anticipates needs before we know there is a need

The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.
