Job Opening: Administrative/Operations Assistant forLA Design Brand
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90035
Schedule: Full time, flexible. Overtime on holidays and event days as needed.
- Answering phones, emails.
- Giving quotes and collecting payment.
- Making orders
- Managing the calendar and arranging meetings.
- Creating delivery routes and occasionally making deliveries.
- Maintaining office cleanlinessand organization.
- Serving customers in the store as needed.
- Managing the website, social media, including Instagram and Pinterest, and coordinating with magazines for write ups.
- Personal assistant tasks for the owner as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of office experience.
- Strong phone and writing skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word.
- Proficient social media skills, including Pinterest and Instagram.
- Experience managing a calendar and heavy scheduling.
- Ability to commit to the above schedule.
- Experience with budgeting and giving quotes.
- Ability to work well under stress or high season.
- Positive attitude is a must.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Compensation: $18 per hour, room for growth
