Job Opening: Administrative/Operations Assistant forLA Design Brand

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90035

Schedule: Full time, flexible. Overtime on holidays and event days as needed.

Duties:

  1. Answering phones, emails.
  2. Giving quotes and collecting payment.
  3. Making orders
  4. Managing the calendar and arranging meetings.
  5. Budgeting.
  6. Creating delivery routes and occasionally making deliveries.
  7. Maintaining office cleanlinessand organization.
  8. Serving customers in the store as needed.
  9. Managing the website, social media, including Instagram and Pinterest, and coordinating with magazines for write ups.
  10. Personal assistant tasks for the owner as needed.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of office experience.
  2. Strong phone and writing skills.
  3. Strong writing skills.
  4. Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word.
  5. Proficient social media skills, including Pinterest and Instagram.
  6. Experience managing a calendar and heavy scheduling.
  7. Ability to commit to the above schedule.
  8. Experience with budgeting and giving quotes.
  9. Ability to work well under stress or high season.
  10. Positive attitude is a must.
  11. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Compensation: $18 per hour, room for growth

Operations Administration Assistants help with the coordination and management of internal branch functions as well as interface with customers over the phone. This role supports sales professionals, office management and service technicians.
