This position coordinates the Senior Employment Program and the Pennsylvania Department Title V Program. The Director is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, counseling, and placing applicants into meaningful community employment.
Work includes a detailed knowledge of Department of labor Guidelines, Pennsylvania Department of Aging and Area Agency on Aging for Luzerne and Wyoming Counties Rules and Regulations. This position will oversee all aspects of the NCOA & State Title V Programs .• Directs the administration of Federal programs to ensure all regulations are adhered to.

Maintain and achieve DOL goals for program.
Monitor data and reports in the DOL GPMS web base correcting rejections.
Maintain and Monitor the Mature Worker Program's Internet Social Networks (Facebook
and Website)
