High School Diploma, preferably at least a Bachelors degree in the psychology field

Job-related Behavioral Characteristics:
3 years in an administrative role or customer service field. Knowledge of medical terminology and records. Knowledge of data entry (primarily Excel) and computer software systems. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, Knowledge of CARF standards, Knowledge of Release of Information and Confidentiality, Demonstrates the use of: Fax, PC knowledge, Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), copier.
