Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative/ Office Coordinator to join their team in NYC. Qualified candidates will have relevant experience within the asset management industry specifically. This role is open due to growth/promotion.

This position is full time in a luxury office in Manhattan, NYC.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests in a professional/welcoming manner
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Order and stock materials for the office/pantry
  • Manage and process expense reports using Concur
  • Assist in scheduling and sending calendar invites as needed for team
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations
  • Act as a liaison between executives, team members, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, including event planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Compensation and Perks: 

  • $80,000 - 100,000
