Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Chicago Program.

  • Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.

  • Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.

  • Must be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 - Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)

  • Must have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.

Qualifications/Requirements: Associates degree is generally preferred. Minimum requirement High School diploma or GED.

  • Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.

  • Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.

Bilingual/Spanish Speaking applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
