The Washington County Department of Community Corrections is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our department's executive leadership team. This critical role works closely with the Department Director to develop and manage the department's budget while identifying cost-saving measures and funding opportunities that support our mission, operations, and development.
The Administrative Manager provides executive leadership in financial and administrative operations, directly supervising administrative staff and advising the executive team on budget development and funding strategies. This position also provides technical oversight and guidance on purchasing, contracting, facilities, and other key operational areas. Additionally, the Administrative Manager serves as a subject matter expert in local and statewide funding streams, helping to secure sustainable funding at both levels.
About the Department
Washington County Community Corrections plays a vital role in public safety by providing community supervision to justice-involved adults in their transition away from criminal behavior and toward becoming positive members of the community. The department also operates the Community Corrections Center, a residential, minimum-security facility that assists individuals in successfully reentering society. We also provide critical services to crime victims and their families.

Advanced interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. A genuine interest in public safety and community corrections is highly valued.
