Job Description Job Description Administrative Manager We are a boutique property management & brokerage firm based in Burlingame, CA. Our property portfolio consists of both residential and large commercial clients.
We are looking for a talented administrative manager to join our team. Experience with Appfolio is necessary. Below are a list of responsibilities for this role: • Appfolio Management and trouble shooting • Rent processing and check deposits • Coordinating & Scheduling Inspections:
Including but not limited to - Fire, Backflow SMCFD- Fire Escape, Fire extinguisher, and any others Set up new vendors • Sending move out letters and communications • Performing move out out accounting • Reviewing invoices for portfolio, coordinating with property managers to close out work orders and create bills • Utilities set up & shut down for properties This is a full time permanent role located in our Burlingame CA office.
